Valiance Partners acquired by a global provider of IT services to the life sciences industry

Basking Ridge, NJ – October 9, 2018: Valiance Partners, LLC (Valiance Partners), announced it is being acquired by NNIT A/S. The acquisition will boost NNIT’s growth and strengthen its position as a leading IT services provider for the global life sciences industry.

Valiance Partners is recognized and referenced as one of the strongest providers of migration software and services for the rapidly growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms to pharmaceutical companies. Valiance’s flagship software products, TRUmigrate and TRUcompare, have raised the bar for GxP migrations where accuracy and reliability matter. Valiance will work closely with NNIT’s team to utilize business synergies and support clients in moving from their legacy systems to new technology with greater accuracy and lower risk.

Key platforms supported by Valiance Partners’ proprietary software are the Veeva Vault and Sparta Systems’ TrackWise Digital, unified suites of applications for clinical, regulatory and quality, which enable companies to drive greater efficiency and maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

As evidenced by its second inclusion in the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies over the past three years, Valiance Partners has grown by more than 35% annually. The company works with many of the largest pharma companies in North America, Europe and Japan.

Valiance Partners has managed and successfully completed more than 500 migrations for over 100 clients, including many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies.
